mixed feelings
no hot water impolite staff
the location suited my needs well. it was quite convenient to have transportation options nearby.
My experience had issues, though. i discovered no hot water during showers was available and a thirty minute wait time was necessary. Unacceptable. also, the staff were somewhat impolite at reception.

convenient location spacious room efficient staff
the hotel's proximity to the station was convenient, giving easy access to transport options. my room was spacious with a useful full kitchen. the staff was polite and efficient during check-in.
I found the housekeeping service to be inconsistent. On several days, the bed was not properly tidied, and towels were not refreshed.

fantastic stay near transportation!
convenient kitchen laundry facilities helpful dishwasher
the room had a kitchen, so i could easily prepare meals and manage my food allergies! it saved a lot on restaurants. i really appreciate the convenience of a dishwasher. using the laundry facilities was great too.
the curtains didn't completely block out light from outside at night.

the hotel is very close to public transport like trains and buses. access to the city center is easy. the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and this allows for a restful night's sleep.

the room includes a microwave, hob, sink, fridge, and dishwasher. the big bed was really comfy after long days exploring. there's a kitchenette stocked with what i needed to prepare my own food.

inoperative tv rude maintenance worker
the location was acceptable due to the proximity to public transport.
the tv in my room did not work at all, and it took them an entire day to fix it. the maintenance worker was quite rude and disrespectful during the repair (which i found unacceptable). i was promised some compensation, but it never materialized.

the location is great as it's right next to the sloterdijk station. the rooms were quiet. it had everything i needed.
